We, Dowen Farmer Architects, are based in Peckham Levels. We believe in exciting, finely crafted and pragmatic architecture. Our practice was established in 2017 by James Dowen and Tom Farmer, and has built a reputation for creating innovative housing schemes. We work extensively on mixed use development project in London. We work closely with statutory bodies (including LPA and the GLA) to develop detailed planning cases/ strategies to promote the devel- opment potential of complex sites and to ensure that key plan- ning and regeneration objec- tives are realised successfully.
We are a public affairs agency specialising in planning. In addition to running stakeholder and community engagement for development projects, Terrapin provides strategic advice on planning and devises political engagement programmes tailored to each local authority. We have worked on large scale regeneration projects as well as smaller, bespoke schemes across London, the South East and beyond.
