Thoughtful Design

Detailed studies have been made of the local area to ensure the three buildings reflect the existing as well as the evolving context of the area. The site lies partially within the Rye Lane conservation area and the Rye Lane building has been designed to reflect the character of properties along road. The materials and scale of the property make it an attractive addition to the area.

The central building is situated away from the sensitive street frontages and the use of brick as a principal facade material means it reflects other larger proeprties in the area.

The scale of the Alpha Street building is lower (4 storeys) and the scale and materials reflects the character of the street.
